Face to Face Stakeholder Meeting

Members of the Iodine Coalition Europe (EUsalt, World Iodine Association, Thyroid Federation International, EUthyroid2,Iodine Global Network, Unilever, Culinaria Europe), met on February 27, in Brussels, to discuss the next steps in the fight against iodine deficiency in Europe.

The event brought together iodine nutrition experts, representatives of the salt, food, and iodine industries, experts in research and endocrinology, and organisations with a global reach. It offered an overview of the partnership’s mission and plans.

The event began with a session by Adriana Nosewicz, Director, EUsalt, who outlined the broader aims for the upcoming year.
